    These terms apply when you use NobleFlow, our website, or start a free trial. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

    1) The service

    NobleFlow provides an enquiry capture and admin flow system for trade and service businesses. We help collect customer enquiries and present them in an organised way.

    NobleFlow does not:

    • Set your prices

    • Book jobs on your behalf

    • Make business decisions for you

      You remain responsible for how you handle enquiries, jobs, and customers.

    2) Free trial and subscription

    We offer a 10-day free trial. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription at the current price shown on our website or agreed in writing.

    3) Payments

    Payments are billed in advance on a monthly basis. If payment fails, access may be paused until payment is received.

    4) Cancellations

    You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing. We do not provide refunds for the current billing period unless required by law.

    5) Your responsibilities

    You agree to:

    • Provide accurate information when setting up your account

    • Use the service legally and responsibly

    • Not misuse the service (spam, harassment, illegal activity, abuse)

    6) Data and ownership

    You own your business data. We process data to provide the service. We may store and process enquiry information as needed to deliver the service.

    7) Service availability

    We aim for high reliability, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. There may be outages due to maintenance or third-party services.

    8) Limitation of liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, NobleFlow is not liable for:

    • Lost profits, lost jobs, or missed opportunities

    • Indirect or consequential losses

      Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the last month of service

    9) Changes to the service or terms

    We may update the service and these terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on our website.
